Before you fly: what to send us
The most useful thing you can do is message us on WhatsApp before you book flights. A system has to match your hair colour, texture and density and the size of the area it covers, and ready-made sizes are subject to availability. If we know what you need in advance, we can tell you whether a ready-made size is likely to work or whether a custom-made system makes more sense.
- Clear photos of your hairline from the front, the top and both sides, in daylight.
- A photo of your current hair at its usual length, so that we can see colour and texture.
- Your travel dates and the city you will stay in.
- If you already wear a system: what kind it is and which adhesive or tape you use.
Your trip, step by step
Every visitor goes through the same steps. The only real difference is whether you choose a ready-made size or a custom-made system.
- Step 1 — Free consultation: we look at your hair loss pattern, colour and texture, show you systems in person and explain the options.
- Step 2 — Choose your system: a ready-made system in your size can be fitted at your appointment, subject to size availability. A custom-made system is made to your measurements; we quote the price and lead time after the consultation.
- Step 3 — Fitting: the system is bonded, cut into your own hair and styled in a single appointment, and you leave with the finished result.
- Step 4 — Aftercare: we show you how to wash, style and sleep with the system and what to avoid in the first days, including in heat, sun and water.
- Step 5 — Plan your maintenance: before you fly home, we talk through how and where the system will be maintained, at intervals that depend on your adhesive type and lifestyle.
How long to stay
Plan your stay around the appointments rather than the other way round. At a minimum you need time for the consultation and the fitting, and it is sensible to leave a little room after the fitting in case something needs a small adjustment before you leave Thailand.
If you choose a custom-made system, it is made to your measurements after the consultation. Some visitors in that situation order on one trip and are fitted on the next, or choose a ready-made size for now and order a custom system for later. We confirm the timing for your situation on WhatsApp before you book.
Bangkok or Pattaya?
Our Bangkok studio is on Sukhumvit Soi 13, Trendy Office Building, Bangkok, between the Nana and Asok BTS stations on the Sukhumvit line. If you stay at one of the many hotels around Nana or Asok, the studio is within walking distance or a short BTS ride away.
Our Pattaya studio is on Thappraya Road, Pattaya. It suits visitors who are spending their holiday on the coast and would rather not travel into Bangkok for the appointments.
Both studios are open Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 · Sat 09:00–17:00, by appointment. Tell us where you will stay and we will suggest the studio that fits your trip.
Looking after your system once you are home
A hair system needs regular maintenance: cleaning, re-bonding and a cut to blend it with your growing hair. How often depends on your adhesive type and lifestyle, and a system typically needs replacing every 8–14 months.
Before you leave, we discuss how you will manage this at home — for example with a hair system specialist where you live, or by combining maintenance visits with future trips to Thailand. If you come back regularly, a clean up & cut at our studio costs the existing-client price shown below.

Can I get a custom-made system during one trip?
A custom-made system is made to your measurements after the consultation, and we quote the price and lead time at that point. Whether it fits into a single trip depends on your dates. Some visitors order on one trip and are fitted on the next, or wear a ready-made size in the meantime.
